Parking Rental Information
We are currently SOLD OUT of all parking spaces at all buildings. We usually have spaces available for summer rentals and you can check back in May and June to reserve a space then. The best time to check for school-year leases would be August-early September. Write to info@JJParkApartments.com to inquire about reserving a space.
437 Gayley Ave. is a large secure indoor garage with large single spaces. We have compact spaces available for $175 per month and large spaces available for $200 per month when available.

479 Landfair Ave is an outdoor carport. We have large single spaces available for $120 per month or 2 tandem spaces available for $200 per month. ($100 each)

Our UCLA campus apartments follow their own leasing and application process.
The Waitlist opens December 1 for all of our UCLA buildings.
Waitlist sign-ups will be contacted in late January with instructions on how to schedule a tour. Tours begin early-mid February.
Tours begin at 437 Gayley Ave. the first week, then start at 479 Landfair Ave, 644 Landfair Ave, 650 Landfair Ave. and 626 Landfair Ave. (if open).
Once tours start, place on the waitlist is factored in, but it’s mostly about who acts the quickest and who the most qualified tenant is.
For 437 Gayley Ave, after the tours, we run all the applications and schedule interviews with groups who have turned in a security deposit. Units are assigned shortly after and the whole process takes about a week. If you are not selected for an apartment, you will receive the full security deposit back. The $20 application fees are not refundable.
Units at 479 Landfair, 644 Landfair, and 650 Landfair are mostly taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be emailed all the details after signing up for the waitlist. Units are assigned after the first weekend of tours and all applications are weighed equally that we receive during the first weekend of tours. If you are emailing us after mid-February, you can just schedule a tour and will be shown all the units that we still have left. There are usually plenty of 1 bed/1 baths available, but the studio units usually fill up very quickly.
Each tenant in the group must fill out an application. The applications for each building can be downloaded on each building’s web page. For the financial sections, we DO NOT need account numbers of banks or credit cards. But, we do need bank info, branches, and balances. Most people put their parents’ info down in the financial section if they are the ones paying. You can also attach your Financial Aid information if you receive it.
Security Deposits are required to reserve an apartment. Deposits are equal to 1-month’s rent, plus parking if you want to reserve a parking space. One check for the whole unit, not separate checks. During COVID-19, we are taking payment online, but must still be done as one payment.

When a unit becomes available, it is first come, first serve. After a tour, you can turn in an application and the first tenant who turns in an application that is approved and turns in a security deposit will have the apartment held for them until it is time to sign the lease. Units usually get taken within 1-2 weeks of being on the market and units only come available every few years, so it is important to act quickly.
