Leasing and Building Information

We offer spacious One and Two Bedroom Apartments close to U of M campus and downtown amenities.
2 Bedroom apartments are $1,720 per month, unfurnished for corner unit, $1,750, unfurnished, for center unit. 
A limited number of furnished apartments are available for an additional $115/month. Additional occupants $50/month.

All 1 Bedroom apartments are $1,350 per month, unfurnished.

Each apartment includes a parking space as well as a large basement storage locker.
We pay your Heat and Water.  You pay Electricity and Internet/Cable.

We maintain Coin Operated Laundry available in the basement. All apartments offer either a Balcony or Patio, and each is equipped with an Air Conditioner as well as kitchen-sink disposals.

There are 2 lease options to choose from:

1. August 1 through July 24

2. September 1 through August 24


Below are the FORMS you will complete during the application and leasing process:

Application Instructions: Each member of your group must fill out an application and turn it in with the $150.00 application fee. Please fill out the application fully, however we do not need bank account or credit card numbers. If your parents are paying for you, most will put their parents’ info for the financial section. If you receive financial aid, you can attach that with the application. Social Security numbers are mandatory to run background checks.

Lease: This is what your lease will look like before specifics for your unit are filled in. We will also add in the “No Party” rule and fee information for unlocking doors if you get locked out and for after-hours non-emergency work by management.

Continuing Guarantee: If you would like your parents/guardians to be guarantor for you or your group, they will need to fill out and sign his form and turn it in before signing the lease.
