626 Landfair Ave. is a newly remodeled shared house and congregated living space that is designed as the perfect accommodation for a UCLA group or organization. The house is currently run and managed by CRU but is open to all applicants. Easily accommodates 30-40 tenants.

With our newest project, 626 Landfair Ave., we are bringing UCLA a truly affordable social living experience unlike anything else in Westwood. We are currently seeking a group of 30-45 tenants who want to live in a modernized, comfortable, and classically beautiful living environment who will respect the property and keep it in great condition. 

•  18 Units available with an estimated rent of $1,600-$2,000 each. Pricing depends on size of the room and private/shared/communal bathroom setup. $100 per unit covers all utilities.

• 2 person maximum per room. $300 for third tenant in a room.

• Large communal Living & Study area - like an in-home library.

• Meal plan available for catered lunches and dinners.

• Large communal kitchen with ample cooking area, seating and storage.

• Filtered water dispensers for hydration convenience and bottle filling.

Application Instructions: Each member or your group must fill out an application and turn it in with the $20.00 application fee. Please fill out the application fully, however we do not need bank account or credit card numbers. If your parents are paying for you, most will put their parents’ info for the financial section. If you receive financial aid, you can attach that with the application. Social Security numbers are mandatory to run background checks.

Lease: This is what your lease will look like before specifics for your unit are filled in. We will also add in the “No Party” rule and fee information for unlocking doors if you get locked out and for after-hours non-emergency work by management.

Continuing Guarantee: If you would like your parents/guardians to be guarantor for you or your group, they will need to fill out and sign his form and turn it in before signing the lease.
