ABOUT 650 LANDFAIR AVE.
There are "Junior Studios", "Studios" and "One-Bedrooms" available for rent.
All leases are one-year leases that may start anywhere between June and September.
The rates are as follows:
Junior Studio: $1,900.00 (275 sq ft. 1/2 kitchen. Fridge, Stove and Microwave included)
Studios: $1,975.00-$2,000.00 - (400-500 sq ft., full kitchen, big closets, cabinets)
One-Bedrooms: $2,900.00 - $2,950.00 (800 sq ft., full kitchen, big closets, cabinets) 3 people okay!
You may purchase a parking spot in the secured garage
for an extra $130.00 per month for compact spots and $150 per month for large spaces.
All units come with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave.
There is A/C and heat in every unit.
Units come unfurnished, but most have built-in drawers for clothes.
Owners pay for gas, water and trash. Tenant only pays power and internet.
There are app-operated laundry facilities. Two washers and two dryers. Most tenants do laundry at home, so the machines aren’t usually busy. Machines also available for use next door at 644 Landfair.
No Pets are allowed.
No Parties are allowed on the premise. Quiet hours every night.
Security cameras throughout the premise.

Application Instructions: Each member or your group must fill out an application and turn it in with the $20.00 application fee. Please fill out the application fully, however we do not need bank account or credit card numbers. If your parents are paying for you, most will put their parents’ info for the financial section. If you receive financial aid, you can attach that with the application. Social Security numbers are mandatory to run background checks.
Lease: This is what your lease will look like before specifics for your unit are filled in. We will also add in the “No Party” rule and fee information for unlocking doors if you get locked out and for after-hours non-emergency work by management.
Continuing Guarantee: If you would like your parents/guardians to be guarantor for you or your group, they will need to fill out and sign his form and turn it in before signing the lease.
