Leasing and Building Information

ABOUT 644 LANDFAIR AVE.  "EL CIELITO" 

"El Cielito" is unique in Westwood and unmatched in charm, elegance, and coziness.

 There are "Junior Studios", "Studios" and "One-Bedrooms" available for rent. 

 All leases are one-year leases that may start anywhere between June and September. 

The rates are as follows:

 Junior Studios:          $2,000.00 (300 sq ft. square room with 1/2 kitchen inc. Fridge, Stove, Microwave)

Large Studios:           $2,350.00- $2,400.00 (650 sq ft. large studio, full kitchen, walk-in closets)

Super Studios:          $2,500.00-$2,550.00 (750 sq ft. with huge full kitchens)

One-Bedrooms:        $2,900.00 - $3,100.00 (900-1,000 sq ft., many closets, full kitchens, up 3 PEOPLE OKAY! 4th can be added for extra $300 per month. These are the biggest and most beautiful one-bedrooms in Westwood) 

You may purchase a parking spot in the secured gated garage

for an extra $130.00 per month for compact spots and $150 per month for large spaces.      

 All units come with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  

 There is A/C and gas heating in every unit.

 Units generally come unfurnished. Most have built in drawers and bookshelves.

 Owners pay for water and trash only. 

 There are app-operated laundry facilities. It’s a small building and most tenants do laundry at home, so the laundry room isn’t usually busy. Machines are also available for use next door at 650 Landfair.

 No Pets are allowed.

 No Parties are allowed on the premise. Quiet hours every night.

Application Instructions: Each member or your group must fill out an application and turn it in with the $20.00 application fee. Please fill out the application fully, however we do not need bank account or credit card numbers. If your parents are paying for you, most will put their parents’ info for the financial section. If you receive financial aid, you can attach that with the application. Social Security numbers are mandatory to run background checks.

Lease: This is what your lease will look like before specifics for your unit are filled in. We will also add in the “No Party” rule and fee information for unlocking doors if you get locked out and for after-hours non-emergency work by management.

Continuing Guarantee: If you would like your parents/guardians to be guarantor for you or your group, they will need to fill out and sign his form and turn it in before signing the lease.
