Leasing and Building Information
479 Landfair Ave. is just a a block from the UCLA campus and is a perfect choice for students seeking singles or one-bedrooms.
Each unit is newly renovated, with new refrigerators and stoves for every unit, brand new windows, new tiled kitchens, and brand new plumbing, and brand new beautiful hardwood floors.
The exterior of the building and the interior units has been repainted and refurbished.
All units have brand new hardwood floors and new kitchen. All units have wall mounted A/C in addition to gas heaters!
The rates for singles and one-bedrooms for 2020-2021 leases are as follows:
LEASE SPECIAL FOR 2023 - Start your lease on or before July 15 to receive a $100 per month discount on our advertised rates!
Singles/Studios: $2,000.00-$2,100.00 (450 sq. ft., full kitchen, dinette two double closets, separate nook)
One Bedrooms: $2,600.00-$2,800.00 (800 sq ft., large bedroom, full kitchen, two double closets)
1/2 Bedroom: $2,500.00 (only 1 in building) (750 sq ft., full kitchen, dining room, walk-in closet. Easily fits 3)
Junior Studio: $1,950.00 (only 1 in building) (300 sq ft., 1/2 kitchen with cabinets, sink, fridge, microwave)
PARKING:
$100 for one tandem space shared with a neighbor
$150 for one large single space (unstacked)
$200 for two (stacked) spaces shared with your roommate
There is an app-operated laundry room on premise with two washers and two dryers. Most tenants do laundry at home so the laundry room is not usually busy.
One year leases begin June-Sept. and last through June-September the following year.
We sometimes have studios and one bedrooms available immediately for 6-9 month lease terms.
All units are guaranteed one parking space, with a possibility of additional spaces depending on demand.

Application Instructions: Each member or your group must fill out an application and turn it in with the $20.00 application fee. Please fill out the application fully, however we do not need bank account or credit card numbers. If your parents are paying for you, most will put their parents’ info for the financial section. If you receive financial aid, you can attach that with the application. Social Security numbers are mandatory to run background checks.
Lease: This is what your lease will look like before specifics for your unit are filled in. We will also add in the “No Party” rule and fee information for unlocking doors if you get locked out and for after-hours non-emergency work by management.
Continuing Guarantee: If you would like your parents/guardians to be guarantor for you or your group, they will need to fill out and sign his form and turn it in before signing the lease.
